About the System
Smart Energy is a comprehensive HMI (Human Machine Interface) and energy analysis system that monitors, analyzes and optimizes energy consumption of industrial facilities in real-time. The system collects data from PLCs and other industrial devices, detects unnecessary consumption with intelligent algorithms and performs automatic interventions.
Main Purpose
To reduce costs by optimizing factory energy consumption, reduce environmental impact and increase production efficiency. The system establishes a new standard in energy management with real-time monitoring, analysis and automatic intervention capabilities.

System Modules
Devices
Manage device definitions to be used for Stations. It is the basic building block for Siemens and Modbus. (OPC Server integration manages TAG definitions directly. No device definition is required)
Stations
Station definitions to be used for TAGs. Contains connection parameters such as IP address, rack no, slot no, node.
Tag Categories
Category structure to group and organize TAGs. Provides easier management and filtering.
Tags
Definitions for reading Siemens, Modbus and OPC TAG values. Advanced control with SaveToDatabase and Writable features.
Advanced Tags
Formulas created with multiple TAGs. Used for complex calculations and analyses.
Formulas
Automatic intervention formulas using TAG and Advanced TAG data. Prevents unnecessary consumption. Formulas are used for automatic intervention and notification generation.
Notifications
Logging and filtering of formula results. Notification Logs and Notification List pages.
Dashboard Settings
User custom dashboard layouts. Dynamic visualization with COST, CARD and GRAPH definitions.
Analysis
Detailed data analysis with custom queries and charts. Hourly, daily, weekly filtering options.

Getting Started
Recommended Installation Order
- First, make device definitions from the Devices page
- Then create station settings from the Stations page
- Determine your TAG categories with Tag Categories
- Define data reading points from the Tags page
- If necessary, create calculated values with Advanced Tags
- Define automatic intervention rules with Formulas or generate notifications based on formula results
- Make your visualization settings with Dashboard Settings
- Monitor your data from Dashboard and Analysis pages
