Smart Energy Documentation

Factory energy analysis and HMI system. PLC integration, real-time monitoring and automatic intervention features.

About the System

Smart Energy is a comprehensive HMI (Human Machine Interface) and energy analysis system that monitors, analyzes and optimizes energy consumption of industrial facilities in real-time. The system collects data from PLCs and other industrial devices, detects unnecessary consumption with intelligent algorithms and performs automatic interventions.

Main Purpose

To reduce costs by optimizing factory energy consumption, reduce environmental impact and increase production efficiency. The system establishes a new standard in energy management with real-time monitoring, analysis and automatic intervention capabilities.

Key Features

  • Real-time data reading/writing with Siemens, Modbus and OPC Server integration
  • Historical data analysis with automatic database recording
  • Formula-based automatic intervention system
  • Dynamic dashboard creation and customization
  • Dynamic visualization with COST, CARD and GRAPH definitions via dashboard settings
  • Instant and retrospective data analysis with analyses
  • Unit cost analysis
  • Export features (JSON, CSV, Excel)
  • Column filtering and visibility control
  • Real-time notification system
  • Detailed log and error tracking
